Limited Capacity filling up

Join Jeff Katz, co-founder of Mercury Payment Systems, and Mitch Foster, co-founder of Excelsius Surgical, as they discuss how they wrestled with the issue of whether to sell or keep scaling up their companies. Mercury chose to scale up to become a large enterprise before selling, and Excelsius chose to sell earlier and take risk of the table for the founders and investors prior to scaling. Included in this session will be lessons learned in the sale vs. scale decision and tips on overcoming obstacles associated with rapid growth. Michael Hool, founder of T minus 6 and Hool Coury Law, will moderate this conversation.
